Terms of service

The service

ItQanMS is an online service, operated by the operator of ItQanMS, for recording and following up quality and HSSE issues: reports, investigations, corrective actions, approvals, reminders and reports. These terms apply to every company that subscribes and every person who uses it.

A written order or agreement with a customer, where one exists, takes precedence over these terms.

Accounts

Each customer company has its own address and administrators. The administrators create user accounts and decide what each user may do. Users keep their passwords private and are encouraged to use two-step verification.

The customer is responsible for the activity of its users and for removing accounts of people who leave.

Your data

Everything a customer enters remains the customer's. We use it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. At any time the customer can export its lists to Excel and its issues to PDF; at the end of the subscription we delete its data, or return it first on request.

Acceptable use

The service may not be used to break the law, to store content the customer has no right to store, to attack or overload the service, or to access another company's data.

Fees

Fees are set in the quote or order agreed with each customer. Unless agreed otherwise, they are invoiced in advance for each subscription period.

Availability and support

We work to keep the service available at all times and back it up every night, but planned maintenance and events outside our control can interrupt it. Service levels, if any, are those stated in the customer's order.

Responsibility

ItQanMS supports a company's management system; it does not replace the company's own judgement or its legal duties for safety, health, environment and quality. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees the customer paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending the subscription

Either side may end the subscription at the end of a period with the notice stated in the order. We may suspend access in case of serious misuse or unpaid fees, after notice where possible.
